REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise across all project lifecycle stages (planning, requirements, design, testing, rollout, and transition).
• Experience managing information systems projects.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and ethical AI.
• Defence sector project experience is a plus.
• PMP/CITPM certification is a plus.

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Allocate resources and develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance and report to management as needed.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and manage risks related to schedule, cost, and performance.
• Track progress and ensure the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Develop leadership skills through ongoing practice.
