REQUIREMENTS

• A background in computer science or a degree in business informatics, IT, or a related field.
• German language min C1
• Proven experience managing software development and integration projects.
• Hands-on experience in application development and front-end implementation; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of data migration, SQL, databases, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong team collaboration skills and proficiency in both written and spoken German.

• Lead IT projects in close cooperation with diverse stakeholders across the business.
• Manage project communication, oversee stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective requirements management.
• Utilize Power BI to create evaluations, dashboards, and visualizations of essential company metrics.
• Implement new IT applications and enhance existing ones (including SharePoint, RPA, and document management systems).
• Enhance and develop interfaces between various tools and the ERP system.
