Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading key projects within the IS department. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, overseeing the development and implementation of IT projects, and ensuring that project goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience (3-5 years) as a project manager in the IT sector.
- Solid technical background, with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for timely execution of projects.
- Assist stakeholders with change management.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and potential changes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any issues that arise.
- Communicate IT priorities to the rest of the company.
- Regularly update the CIO of project plans, timelines, and challenges.
- Risk Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and adjust as needed.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate project team members.
- Assign and oversee tasks, ensuring effective team collaboration and project progress.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare and present reports on project performance and outcomes.
