We’re seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our growing team at Wotton + Kearney.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Our IT team is seeking am IT Project Manager to join our growing team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. This is a newly created position playing a crucial role in our ambitious growth strategy by ensuring the smooth implementation of new technologies and systems that drive efficiency and innovation across the firm.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Manage a portfolio of 3-5 IT projects concurrently, implementing strong governance, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Lead Practice Management System upgrades, collaborating closely with Finance, HR, and other departments.
  • Oversee network refresh projects, ensuring the seamless implementation and ongoing maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
  • Prioritise, plan, and execute upcoming projects such as practice management system upgrades, paperless billing implementation, and various security and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts across the firm to foster clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for clear communication and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Report to the IT Director and provide regular project updates and progress reports.
