Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
In this position, you are reporting to Lead IT Business Analysis & Quality Assurance APAC. You will predominantly be responsible for high-quality delivery of internal software applications and solutions within the development team. You will collaborate closely with the development team, especially the business analyst, to develop and implement quality assurance processes, standards, and strategies that align with the company’s objectives and key business customers’ requirements. You will be responsible for driving excellence in software development through stringent User Acceptance Testing and pre-production checks, adherence to the DevOps process flow, and application of best practices in software development and testing.
YOUR TASKS
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for Asendia development team.
- Define and enforce quality standards, guidelines, and best practices for software development and testing.
- Work with developers, change requestor, and other stakeholders to develop test plans, test cases, and testing methodologies.
- Lead the execution of testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, to ensure the reliability and stability of system.
- Evaluate and implement, if necessary, testing tools and frameworks to enhance the overall testing process.
- Work closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve system bugs and error in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with developers, key stakeholders, and business teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress and quality metrics.
