We are looking for a passionate and skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help us find the best talent for data-related positions (e.g., Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Machine Learning Engineer).

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, focusing on data positions
- Solid understanding of data-related sourcing methods and keywords (e.g., SQL, Python, ETL, Big Data, ML, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a proactive attitude
- Fluency in English & Hungarian, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, professional forums, databases, etc.)
- Engaging with candidates from initial contact to contract signing
- Understanding business needs and identifying suitable profiles
- Following and executing recruitment strategies for data positions
- Organizing and conducting interviews, as well as coordinating technical assessments
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers, technical and marketing teams
- Participation in Data meetups conferences
- Tracking recruitment metrics (KPIs) and preparing reports
