We’re looking for an experienced IT RECRUITER to join our team!
As an IT Recruiter, you’ll be in charge of everything from sourcing and screening candidates, conducting cultural interviews, as well as working closely with technical interviewers and connecting the dots between candidates and clients’ needs, to make sure we’re bringing the right people in!
You’ll need great attention to detail and strong planning skills to make everything run smoothly and provide a great experience for our candidates throughout the process.
Above all, it’s all about putting people first! So communication, trust, and collaboration are just as important as any other skills you bring to the table.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 7 - 8 years of working experience in a previous recruitment role;
• Experience with managing multiple recruitment pipelines;
• Ability to leverage your large network of IT professionals to source high-quality candidates for job openings;
• Flexibility and ability to adjust easily to changing priorities and dynamics;
• Strong work ethics, proactive approach and a focus on people;
• Experience working with ATS systems and Reporting tools;
• Attention to details and drive to organise things;
• Self-motivated, hands-on delivery, curious to learn new things and embrace a new vision;
• Fluency in English;
