BYT: Boost Your Team

  • Function: IT Recruiter (RPO)
  • Location: Portugal
  • Type of work: Full Remote
  • Type of contract: 3 month minimum RPO project

Tasks

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience working in product-based companies;
  • Ideally, experience in large-scale recruitment processes;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
