Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Use advanced search techniques to identify and reach out to passive candidates in the market.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, blockchain developers) and business roles (e.g., compliance, product managers).
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide consultation on recruitment strategies.
  • Organize and participate in interviews, both online and in-person, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
  • Administer technical assessments or case studies for roles that require specific skill sets.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the right fit for the company’s culture and business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends in I-Gaming, Fintech, and IT, including salary benchmarks, talent availability, and emerging skill sets.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online forums to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote employer branding initiatives.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, offer acceptance rate) to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Generate reports on recruitment activity and candidate pipeline progress for management.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including liaising with HR and relevant departments.

Requriements:

  • Familiarity with the specific job roles and technologies in I-Gaming, Fintech, and IT solutions, such as blockchain, AI, payment systems, and software development.
  • Must be Portuguese/ Spanish Speaker
  • Experience in talent mapping and recruitment marketing.
