This is a permanent, full time vacancy that will close in 7 days at 23:59 BST.

HOURS: FULL TIME - 35 HOURS PER WEEK/ 70 HOURS OVER TWO WEEKS (NINE-DAY FORTNIGHT)

As IT Reporting & BI Analyst Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of reporting analysts, creating user friendly dashboards and reports to meet business needs. You will be responsible for compiling reporting requirements within agreed SLAs and in line with the data quality strategy.
You will support the business in improving data quality and using insights to drive continuous improvement. Providing training and guidance to effectively use data reporting BI solutions.
This is a home based role, with occasional travel required to our Head Office in Birmingham

Responsibilities:

  • Experience of optimising Microsoft Power BI reporting and dashboards.
  • Data warehouse knowledge.
  • Strong SQL experience, at least to query writing level.
  • Proven ability to produce informative, relevant and user-friendly reports.
  • Ability to communicate with a non-technical audience.
  • Experience of leading, supporting, and developing a team.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines
