IT Risk Senior Consultant

Role Expectations
We are looking for a dynamic IT Risk Senior Consultant to work as an integral part of our service delivery team serving enterprises in the Technology, Financial Services, Public Sector and other industry sectors. You will be helping our clients solve complex business, risk and IT challenges.

You will be an integral part of our team, providing support with the following activities:

• Delivering client engagements
• Addressing the governance, risks and controls of client environments
• Understanding and clearly articulating observations and recommendations
• Supporting client remediation activities
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of risk frameworks, information security frameworks, industry trends, risk and compliance trends

Experience and Qualification Requirements

• 3-5 years of combined relevant experience
• IT auditing, risk management and information security advisory services for mid to large size enterprises
• Knowledge of one or more relevant frameworks and standards, including SOX, ICFR / NI 52-109, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and other frameworks
• Design, implementation and / or testing of business and IT process controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail
• Polished written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration internally and with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• One or more designations in Accounting and Audit, IT Audit, Management Consulting, etc. (CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISSP)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant program, such as Business, Accounting and MIS
• Prior Big 4 experience considered an asset, but not mandatory
