ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our new Enterprise Core IT team of Spectrum Safety Solutions as an IT Sales and Services Applications Leader in Vantaa, Finland. In this position you will support our brands such as Det-Tronics, Marioff, Autronica, and Fireye - the global leaders in fire detection and suppression solutions.
As the IT Sales and Services Application Leader you will play a critical role in driving sales and service excellence by leveraging technology solutions to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth. This position will report to the Chief Information Officer of Spectrum Safety Solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for sales and service applications, including Salesforce, ServiceMax, eCommerce, Field Service Management and CPQ.
  • Lead the administration, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce applications, ServiceMax, eCommerce and CPQ applications.
  • Work closely with service and sales teams to define and configure above mentioned applications by understanding their requirements, and configure them to meet the needs and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and define requirements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to team members, empowering them to deliver high-quality solutions and support services that meet business objectives and exceed user expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, marketing, and IT teams to align application initiatives with strategic goals and drive business value.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements in your domain.
