- Function: IT Sales Commercial Specialist
- Location: Lisbon - Portugal
- Type of work: Hybrid (3x a week in the office)
- Type of contract: Direct Contractual link with the client
- Client: Leader company in B2B telecomunications and network
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market prospecting within the assigned target area to acquire new clients, identifying, developing, and positioning proposals with the best solutions and competitive advantages for commercial success.
- Provide weekly reports with accurate activity logs, tracking open opportunities and monitoring objectives to ensure the business volume plan is met.
- Manage the assigned portfolio through a personalized plan that fosters strong relationships of trust and proximity, aiming for long-term customer loyalty and sustained business growth.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of ICT solutions through annual commercial and technical certifications (with excellent results) in all of the Company’s strategic services/products.
- Ensure the closure and resolution of internal processes to guarantee the highest quality of the customer experience
