QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical background (degree in IT, engineering, or a similar field)
- Deep understanding of the challenges large companies face when adopting a technology product
- At least 3 years of experience in IT sales or consulting for companies with a digital focus, preferably in the FinTech industry
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., product, legal, sales, etc.) to quickly find solutions that meet customer goals
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Empathy and persuasiveness, able to hold business and technical conversations at multiple levels of the company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills English (C1-C2), German is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Represent technical and functional expertise in our products and support the development of business opportunities from qualification to deal closure and implementation/go-live
- Collaborate with the sales team in developing cross-product solutions to ensure a compelling message for sales
- Understand customers, buyers, and their procurement areas, and be able to create a convincing value proposition for specific customer situations, or understand and define technical requirements to solve their challenges
- Be familiar with every feature of our growing products and functions, and assist with all technical inquiries
- Monitor the status of change requests throughout the lifecycle, enforcing and redefining requirements when necessary
- Develop a cross-product standard for solution design and requirements management to support product owners and improve product alignment
