Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized IT Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will manage daily sales operations, coordinate client interactions, and assist with order processing and tracking. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Handle inquiries from customers and provide product information.
  • Process sales orders, manage billing, and track shipments.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales reports, and inventory.
  • Schedule and organize sales meetings, both internally and with clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and coordinate client feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as technical support and procurement for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends to assist with client inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
