JOB BRIEF

Bits Secure IT Infrastructure LLC is currently seeking a dynamic IT Sales Manager for Abu Dhabi,
specializing in IT Projects. The role entails overseeing the sales and marketing of IT Products &
Services, with a focus on acquiring new Projects and AMC’s for the company. We are looking for
an individual who can work autonomously, striving to achieve Business Unit revenue targets.
This position requires expertise in crafting and executing strategic sales plans, along with
exceptional communication and presentation skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

➢ Lead the procurement of IT Infrastructure projects for the company.
➢ Engage in solution sales or Hardware sales, offering products such as Firewalls,
Switches, and Telecommunication solutions to corporate and enterprise clients.
➢ Identify and cultivate sales opportunities by locating and profiling potential accounts.
➢ Initiate contact with potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and
schedule meetings.
➢ Identify key decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
➢ Proficiently generate leads and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
➢ Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing clients and pursue existing/new
opportunities.
➢ Manage inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
➢ Demonstrate effectiveness in follow-up and adeptness at closing leads.
➢ Possess a fundamental understanding of IT sales and quickly grasp the company’s
products/services.
➢ Promote the company’s products/services by addressing or anticipating client
objectives.
➢ Develop strategies to establish a strong market presence in the region.
➢ Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

➢ Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in Abu Dhabi is mandatory.
➢ Proven track record of successful sales in the UAE.
➢ Proficient in customer-facing interactions.
➢ Mandatory understanding of IT sales.
➢ Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
➢ Self-motivated and target-oriented.
