YOUR KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

• Educated to “Fachinformatiker” or similar IT related areas
• Proven knowledge in Information Technology
• Proven expertise and several years of working experience within IT and IT security
• Expertise in analysis of IT risks, development and oversight of effective risk mitigation plans
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly, accurately and concisely in meetings and presentations, to colleagues at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written business level in English. German is a strong plus

• Derive effective IT Security controls from the LBG IT Security Policy for Lloyds Bank GmbH, relevant regulations (s.a. BAIT) and best practises (s.a. BSI technical standards)
• Document adherence to the relevant standard in an auditable manner
• Develop and refine the IT Security controls calendar (as part of the IT governance and compliance calendar)
• Document evidences for IT Security control effectiveness for system and process changes
• create and deliver Security Design documentation for projects and programmes
• Assess the criticality of business processes and derive necessary continuity plans
• Assess external partners with regards to their adherence to required IT security standards
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (where applicable within Systems & Digital)
