Job responsibilities
As the IT Security Manager, you will be responsible for the group, sites and business units’ information

and IT security, including but not limited to the following:

• Developing and implementing robust security management strategies, policies, procedures and

system architectures for the group, sites and business units.

• Ensuring all sites and business units comply with security policies and procedures.
• Assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities, investigating security breaches and reinforcing

appropriate measures to mitigate them, including conducting activities such as security

assessments, audits and inspections for the group, sites and business units.

• Ensuring the integration of the information security management system requirements into the

organization’s business and manufacturing processes.

• Responsible for matters related to the relevant information security certifications for the group,

sites and business units (eg. ISO27001).

• Collaborating with external stakeholders on matters related to security management and incidents

(eg. customers, suppliers, auditors, government agencies, security vendors, etc.) .

• Fostering a culture of security awareness among employees and stakeholders through

communication campaigns, training and other effective initiatives.

• Reporting on the performance and state of information security to management.

Job requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking, out of which 3+ years focused on IT

security.

• IT security management experience and exposure in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ISO 27001 certification is an added advantage.
• Security-related certification is an added advantage.
• Proficient and proven experience working with diverse teams of business users, IT technical team,

consultants on all phases of the software development life cycle.

• Hands-on, motivated, and proactive individual who is good at self-learning and desire to

continuously learn.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility and attention to

details.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Technology or related discipline.
