IT SECURITY SPECIALIST
Contributing to ensure the highest level IT security in a company, that works with critical software and your work have a true impact? Then join Systematic as our new IT Security Specialist, located in either Aarhus or Copenhagen.
Responsibilities:
IT Security becomes an increasingly important subject, and this also means that Systematic are continuing to strengthen our capabilities within this area.
As our new IT Security Specialist, you will become part of our IT department (ITM). The ITM department covers Infrastructure & Operations, Development Tools, Business Applications, and IT Security across the majority of our locations. Here you will be joining a team, all working on ensuring that Systematic is being kept secure against the Cyber threats that we are facing.
You can be located in either Aarhus or Copenhagen.
You will be supporting, not only our software developers - ensuring that they have the best abilities to develop the critical software that Systematic develops, but also support your colleagues in the rest of ITM as well as our other business services.
All in all, you will together with the team focus on the operational security and ensure that we are the best, when it comes to infrastructure security operations. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of ITM, located in Aarhus.
Your overall responsibility will be ensure that we have a high level of operational IT security and that all threats is handed in a proper way. You will work in the intersection between infrastructure (network) and security operations and should be interested in the work in that intersection.
Furthermore, you everyday tasks would look somewhat like the following:
- Working on security incidents and service requests.
- Threat analysis, event management, investigation and reporting.
- Vulnerability Management and scanning.
- Managing and maintaining security tools including, configuration and enhancing technical capabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with IT security policies.
- Writing and/or reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assisting in projects - advising on technical security matters.
- Engagement in security assessments, risk assessments, audit compliance and certification (ISO 27001).
- Keeping abreast of trends and advising / implementing new tools.
- Spot checks e.g. pen testing.
