Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Application Integration & Database Developer to join our team in Fairlawn, OH. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL database design, development, and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our database solutions meet the evolving needs of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of experience with SQL Server, Integration Services, and Reporting Services.
• Experience with C# is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior SQL Developer or similar role, with a strong background in SQL database design and management.
• Expertise in SQL programming, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of database design principles, including normalization and indexing techniques.
• Familiarity with database security and backup procedures.
• Knowledge of data integration techniques, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL databases and queries to support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, indexes, and other database objects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database performance, capacity, replication, and distributed data systems.
• Write efficient, reliable, and maintainable code for various database applications.
• Perform data analysis, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality.
• Implement and enforce data security measures, including access controls and encryption.
• Support the creation and population of Data Warehouse objects for the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database processes, procedures, and structures.
