Description:
Position: IT Senior Support Analyst
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry (Hybrid working available, but office based at least 3 days per week)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday / 09.00-17.00

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day operational issues and acts as a primary escalation point for the IT Service Desk team. You will play a key part in maintaining the team’s focus and drive to support operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service performance/delivery. It is important for the Senior IT Support Analyst to remain as a contributing member of the IT Service Desk Team, rather than operating in isolation. This includes handling calls when necessary and possessing the ability to provide an advanced level of support towards a range of bespoke applications and Windows based systems, supporting both internal and external customers.
