Job Description
Product & Service consulting:
- Understanding Solution Manager´s requirements, matching them with our services;
- Answering technical and financial matters;
- Supporting in optimizations;
- Supporting in complaints, escalations and other quality issues;
- Gathering regular feedback for CXI of the whole tribe and deriving measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Project Management or SAP Basis Operations;
- Degree in Engineering, Information Science or comparable subject area;
- Customer oriented, structured and proactive way of working;
- Openness to new topics and willingness to deal with new issues;
- Motivation to understand technical correlations of SAP Platform Operations;
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (beneficial).
