Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4 – 5 years’ Project Manager experience, handling infrastructure projects
- Experience with government projects will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience with ITSM – ITIL Framework
- Excellent communication skills with customers

Responsibilities:
- Manage infra projects to meet delivery to customer’s satisfaction
- Handle project’s scope of work according to requirements and contractual KPIs
- Manage external vendors/contractors for provision of material or support services
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports to meet quality standards
- Lead project team to provide engineering, operation support and maintenance to operational/production system
- Gather customers’ requests for system enhancements and propose solutions
- Participate or support in new business prospects or tender involvement
