We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join a high performing team providing frontline ICT support for service requests and incident resolution. The IT Service Desk Analyst provides point of contact for the IT support on a rotational roster.
The analyst will possess a well-developed analytical and methodical approach to investigate and resolve incidents. This role requires a focus on customer service and meeting required deadlines.
As IT Service Desk Analyst, you will have an understanding of the agencies primary objectives and strategies.
An additional requirement of this IT Service Desk Analyst role is providing technical support in courts for digital court prosecutions.
