We are looking for a customer-focused and resourceful IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team at Wilson James. As the first point of contact for all technology-related processes, applications, and devices, you will provide first-level technical support to colleagues at all levels. Your role will involve diagnosing, documenting, reporting, and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring swift and efficient solutions. As the face of IT within Wilson James, the Service Desk successfully resolves approximately 80% of incidents and requests generated, making it a critical function of the organization. Flexibility is essential, as the role may occasionally require out-of-hours work and travel to other locations.
