Responsibilities:

  • troubleshoot and maintain IT service at Head Office (~30+ Users)
  • field incoming help requests from users via telephone and/or e-mail in a professional and courteous manner
  • perform hands-on repairs at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
  • perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers,and peripherals
  • account administrator of DM
