You’ll shape ITSM processes, support process owners, and drive automation initiatives. Join us in optimizing Axpo’s IT capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain ITSM processes based on best practices (ITIL, SAFe).
  • Ensure IT services align with business needs and provide organizational value.
  • Identify process improvement areas and streamline IT service delivery.
  • Implement and oversee continual service improvement initiatives.
  • Define and implement IT Service Management training and reporting (KPIs, dashboards).
