Responsibilities:

As an IT Service Management (ITSM) Process Owner at Stena Group IT, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving our IT service management processes. Reporting to the Service Management Operation (SMO) Manager, you will ensure that these processes align with business needs, are delivered efficiently, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, IT teams, business units, and external partners to optimize and scale our ITSM processes.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and documenting ITSM processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards like ITIL. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of these processes, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes based on feedback and performance metrics. Engaging with stakeholders, you will communicate updates, provide training, and support adherence to processes. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements, conducting risk assessments and participating in audits.
