About the job
Are you passionate about tech and innovation? As an IT Service Owner for CAD Services in R&D, you’ll ensure our services are efficient and aligned with business needs. You’ll help shape the future of IT in research and development while driving service improvements and managing key projects.
Location: flexible, based in Tampere, Turku, Lahti (Finland), or Svedala, Sandviken (Sweden).

Your mission

  • Deliver IT Services: Provide high-quality IT services that meet business and customer needs.
  • Support and Collaborate: Assist stakeholders and end-users, fixing issues and driving improvements.
  • Monitor Performance: Keep SLAs and KPIs on track, ensuring top-notch service.
  • Lead Innovations: Manage contracts and suppliers, drive service improvements, and identify new opportunities.
  • Own Projects: Lead and coordinate projects to enhance CAD services in R&D.
  • Manage Finances: Oversee costs and forecasts to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work with diverse teams and Group IT to maximize IT value.

Expect some travel as you connect with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.
About you
You have a degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in service delivery and problem-solving. Experience with one or more CAD tools like AutoCAD, NX, Inventor, Solidworks, Creo, SolidEdge, or E3 is highly desirable. Knowledge of PDM/PLM systems like Teamcenter, Vault, or Enovia is a plus but not essential. You’re ready for global challenges, eager to contribute, and grow within a dynamic team.
