Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware components.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions for future reference and analysis.
  • Administer and maintain computer networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and backups to minimize downtime and security risks.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical IT services.
  • Track and monitor the usage, allocation, and disposal of IT assets to optimize resource utilization and control costs.
  • Coordinate procurement and deployment of new IT assets according to established procedures and budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement remediation measures.
  • Stay informed about emerging security threats, trends, and best practices to proactively mitigate risks and safeguard IT assets.
