Our APAC GBS supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.
In this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our GBS teams in Lisbon and Bogota, including internal/external stakeholders to support the ongoing business operations.

• Lead and support EA activities to guide the development and management on a portfolio of solutions. Solutions include projects and products, systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information), and shared application services
• Responsible for analysis, designing, implementing, and integrating information systems to fit within existing systems infrastructure and security standards
• Collaborate with local Tech Business Partners, product owners and product managers to ensure robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the technology life cycle
• Provide expert guidance to the engineering teams and act as the TDA and Solution Governance for Architecture
• Design and develop important artefacts of high-level architecture, high Level design, contribute and review low-level design which aligns with architectural governance and standards
• Monitor current-state solutions to identify deficiencies through aging of technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements
• Create deliverables for managing the ConvaTec’s portfolio of “to be” and “as is” solutions — including systems (applications, processes, information and technology), shared application services and components
• Work closely with the program management office (PMO) to ensure the execution of plans corresponds with deliverables throughout the project or product life cycle
• Support product managers in end-of-life product decisions to maintain, refresh or retire services or systems, including applications, technologies, processes and information
• Identify the potential technology innovations and engage with different enterprise business leaders and units and attend to their computing needs and requirements in order to design solutions that achieve business goals while also working within existing and/or legacy systems
• Contribute and lead on ensuring Privacy, Security and AI by design
• Evaluate feasibility and business cases for implementation steps towards target architecture
• Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards while maintaining alignment with regional regulations
• Work with system integrators and software technology provider to understand technology & product roadmap
