Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

  • Have end to end accountability of Neste’s global IT End Users Services, their lifecycle and the development and maintenance activities related to them
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors providing services within the scope of this role
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Monitor vendor performance (e.g SLAs) and address any issues proactively
  • Be involved in managing vendor contracts, ensuring optimal value and performance
  • Ensure that agreed service delivery processes are being followed and produce expected outcomes in a cost effective manner
  • Enhance services aligning with identified needs and providing tangible value to organizational objectives
  • Be responsible for the financial management (e.g cost forecast, invoice handling)
  • Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement

THE BEST COMBINATION TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • Several years of experience IT service management, preferably in the End User Services area
  • Practical knowledge of End User Services and the business processes used to manage and support them (e.g Service Desk, Local Support, Workstation management, etc.)
  • Experience with vendor and stakeholder management
  • Financial management experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines at the same time as being a good team player, providing and asking help when needed
  • Fluency in English
