Drive the digitalization of marketing and sales as an agile IT consultant

The Application Services department within Covestro IT is the implementation partner for business applications and their operation. Our team focuses on the areas of marketing and sales, in which we work together with the relevant business units and provide them with innovative IT solutions.
In your new position, you will be part of a global team responsible for the design, implementation and management of CRM solutions and their reporting on a global SAP system and cloud platforms as part of Covestro IT processes.
Your tasks and responsibilities in detail:
- You will advise our business units on the design and optimization of CRM processes, especially in the SAP Sales & Service Cloud environment
- You will be responsible for the stable implementation and support of our CRM systems as well as release and implementation management
- You design and implement interfaces between CRM and other systems such as ERP, CPI and MDP
- You develop innovative digital CRM solutions that give Covestro a competitive edge
- You will lead IT projects and manage internal and external resources
- You promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in line with our C3 values
You can convince with this profile:
- You have a Master’s degree in computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Your profile shows sound professional experience, including project management and provider management skills, strong business understanding and economic fundamentals
- For this position, your profile brings strong expertise in the modules of SAP CX (SAP Sales & Service Cloud) as well as in integration scenarios to connected systems
- You have also gained initial experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud platforms
- You are a team player (m/f/d) and have an enthusiastic and motivating character with drive, energy and the ability to overcome potential obstacles, combined with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have intercultural competence and communicate fluently in English. German language skills are an advantage.
