Responsibilities:

As our IT Solutions Specialist BDM, you’ll be 100% focused on working directly with prospects to identify their needs and tailor Microsoft solutions to meet them. You’ll do this by:

  • Identifying opportunities to sell Microsoft Modern Application, Security and Data & AI technologies
  • Developing innovative sales strategies, systems, and processes to build pipeline in line with CBS go-to-market initiatives
  • Building strong customer relationships; providing consultative guidance; and developing strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives
  • Conducting in-depth discovery sessions and needs assessments with current and prospective customers
  • Communicating the unique value of CBS’ iterative delivery approach to key stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting tenders, proposals, and presentations
  • Managing sales administration, maintaining CRM systems, and providing appropriate reporting
  • Working closely with other CBS stakeholders, including sales team members, marketing, and team leads to meet and exceed your goals
