• Participation in international purchasing initiatives for the ICT department in the EMEA region, focusing on software procurement (including Software as a Service).
• Manage existing international IT software contracts and engage in strategic supplier management.
• Analyze and monitor relevant procurement and supplier markets, drawing on extensive experience.
• Conduct procurement competitions
• Evaluate purchased services/products based on customer acceptance, quality, standardization, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement concepts and processes for purchasing within assigned segments.
• Identify new development areas and savings opportunities in an international environment.
• Benchmark existing contracts against upcoming ones and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the ITSS license management team and divisional license managers.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing guidelines and standards.
