SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS
- Ideally 3 and more years of experience as L1/L2 IT support
- ITIL methodology basics
- Knowledge of any helpdesk platform
- Remote control experience
- MDM/MAM solution troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in MS Windows/Office, iOS/Android
- Knowledge of basic networking principles, protocols
- Experience with desktop/laptop HW installation and configuration
- Proficient in Czech and English
- Highly developed communication skills and pro-client approach
- Ability to seek and suggest new solutions
