We are currently looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in London.
Reporting directly to the Head of IT and Information Security Officer, the IT Specialist will be responsible for the IT Operations of the office, managing and monitoring the network infrastructure as well as employees’ devices.
The selected candidate will also collaborate with the worldwide IT first and second level support to ensure the continuity of services and solve technical complex issues worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Helpdesk
  • Managing corporate Microsoft365 (User’s profile, licenses, policy, configurations, Active Directory e Federation)
  • Managing and provide support for Microsoft365 (Outlook, Teams, Office, etc.) and other business applications
  • Managing Azure IT subscription
  • Support on-site infrastructure: network, meeting rooms, user accesses.
  • Security: Sophos firewall and antivirus
  • Design and build IT solutions
  • Solve complex IT technical issues
  • Support on-site and remote employees
  • IT Support during internal and external on-site events.
  • Support IT management

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience as IT Specialist
  • Experience in IT Help Desk 1st and 2nd Level
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft365 (automation and scripting are plus), Windows OS desktop and servers, Active Directory and MacOS.
  • Experience in Virtualization, Storage and Datacenter technologies (Microsoft Azure)
  • Knowledge in networking (firewall, switch, servers, printers, etc.)
  • Good skills in team working and multitasking (capable to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously)
  • Capability to understand business demands in an international IT company
  • Hands-on, curious approach
  • Ability to prioritise and be detailed-oriented while keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Knowledge of data management in a complex business environment will be a plus.
