As an IT Specialist specializing in Endpoint & Application Management, your role involves overseeing the setup, support, security, and performance optimization of various endpoint devices and software applications for diverse clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in endpoint and application management.
• Proficiency in endpoint management tools (e.g., JumpCloud, Clonezilla).
• Experience with applications like Google Workspace, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible.
• Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Proficiency in scripting languages.
• Preferred certifications: Google Workspace Administrator, MCSE, ITIL Foundation.

• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, IoT).
• Ensure endpoints are updated with latest patches and configurations.
• Manage a portfolio of applications for security and optimal performance.
• Monitor application usage and ensure license compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Implement and maintain endpoint and application security measures.
• Monitor endpoint and application performance for data confidentiality and integrity.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline management tasks.
• Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint devices, applications, and connectivity.
• Create user documentation and conduct training sessions on endpoint security and application usage.
• Manage vendor relationships and asset inventories.
