Description:
We currently have a vacancy for an IT Specialist (Digital Payments) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an who will be based in Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Proven experience in complex IT projects;
- Proven experience in the payments and organizational digital identities domains;
- Proven experience of working within regulated environments, particularly in finance, e-commerce, or public sector;
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and Microsoft Teams;
- Experience with business identifiers (VAT, LEI, EORI, European Unique Identifier, etc.) and the challenges associated to the representation of organisational digital identities by natural persons online;
- Solid experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, IT, and finance departments;
- Experience in ensuring compliance with complex regulatory frameworks in a dynamic business environment;
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and support the management of large-scale projects;
- Experience with payment systems, including knowledge of PCI-DSS, SEPA, PSD2, and other relevant standards is an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis (and advice) on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions regulations and their application on payment related Use Cases and Organizational Digital Identities;
- Coordinate the definition of key requirements associated to the E-Wallet for businesse including its development roadmap ensuring that it complies with the European Digital Identity Framework Regulation and data privacy regulation (GDPR);
- Translate technical requirements into business strategies that enhance compliance, security, and efficiency;
- Support cooperation with the different stakeholders and services involved;
- Regular reporting to the project officer.
