IT STRATEGIST / MANAGEMENT BOARD OFFICER (F/M/D)

Tasks
- Supporting the CTO in strategic and tactical issues
- Developing pragmatic solutions for complex technological issues
- Preparing decision papers, coordinating and developing topics and following up on initiatives currently being implemented
- Contributing to and thinking along with the further development of the technology strategy
- Supporting future M&A and PMI activities
- Preparing, following up and supporting meetings of our CTO and the Leadership Team
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or economics/business administration with a focus on IT
- Several years of professional experience as a strategy consultant, IT consultant, in IT project management or as a board advisor
- Experience in organizational development or management consulting and in program and project management
- Very good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills
