Our talented IT team are looking for a passionate IT Support Analyst to join a close-knit and hands on team in a full-time permanent role.

As an integral part of the Canterbury group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing technical support to staff across Canterbury League Club and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Football Club.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 – 3 years) as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
- Experience that shows excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications are a bonus, but we value your experience – make sure your CV accurately explains your skills.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager of IT, the key responsibilities in this exciting and challenging role include:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues through helpdesk related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, printers, email, and other IT systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Set up and manage user accounts and profiles, managing access permissions and security settings.
- Perform regular installation maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates, to ensure the security and reliability of IT systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with advancements in technology and IT best practices to recommend improvements and upgrades.
Given the unique nature of the hospitality and sports industry, working outside of office hours may be required from time to time.
