Team Overview:
The IT Analyst will support IT operations. This position will be responsible for administrative and technical support for our Food business maintaining quality IT services and driving change for the business. By being an IT position, applicants must be passionate about technology, highly qualified to provide incredible customer service and have the ability to thrive in a fast and highly productive environment.
This person should be able to communicate in both English and Spanish.
Role Responsibilities:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to support others in a team environment while also serving as a single point of tech support;
Managing inventory assets with the information updated daily;
Formalizing in ticket processes and provides improves when workflow deficiencies are identified;
Applying critical thinking to complex user requests and provides as much context and information as possible to deliver the best solutions as quickly as possible
A Local Help Desk Technician, the face of IT. Strong interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of empathy is a must;

Role Qualifications:

  • Complete understanding of Operating Systems (Windows & Mac) and smartphones assisting users with advanced functionality;Experience in supporting PCs and smartphones hardware and software;Working knowledge of Active Directory and basic AD administration;Experience in Mobile Device Management is a plus;Working knowledge of video collaboration, including tools like Zoom, BlueJeans Network and WebEx;Basic knowledge with TCP/IP networks, LAN/WAN design and administration, and wireless networking.
