Responsibilities:
Based in our Sydney office, you will be the first point of contact for all IT related requests and be focused on ensuring that the goals and objectives of the Service Desk team are consistently and accurately accomplished.

We take pride in delivering exceptional client service in a high volume environment, and in this varied role some of the responsibilities will include:
- Logging and tracking all service desk calls and walk up requests, including incidents and escalations for complex issues;
- Maintaining the Service Desk function in such a manner that team members understand the weekly status of the work and are confident that all first level demands are being met;
- Providing statistical reports reflecting service desk activity for management review and quality control purposes
- Rollout, set up and tracking of IT equipment including laptops, smartphones and handsets and;
- Providing an advanced level of technical and operational support to Maddocks staff and clients.
This is a full time on-site position operating on a rotational roster. In addition, there is an afterhours support service (performed offsite) that the successful candidate would be expected to be a part of, on a rostered arrangement.
