DESCRIPTION
The IT Support Analyst is the point of contact for company-wide IT support. This position provides exposure to a very broad range of IT skills and technologies and other responsibilities. Primary responsibility for responding to internal and remote requests via phone, email, and in person for all end-user solutions. The IT Support Analyst will interact with all levels of employment internally to resolve any technical issues. Solutions include but are not limited to; technologies such as personal computers, cell phone, mobile technologies; along with corporate solutions such as multi-functional devices and corporate phone systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree in a related field and/or 2+ years’ relevant experience.
- Familiar with Apple technologies.
- Experience working with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
- Experience with computer clean-up tools and processes.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Possess advanced computer skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat & SharePoint.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. Stop work in the area of an identified health or safety problem until resolved.
- Creates a positive customer support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling all employees with a consummately professional attitude.
- Provides direct technical troubleshooting and support to team members across multiple offices, both in person and virtual.
- Grows general knowledge of current corporate, division, and facility-specific products, increasing ability to resolve requests on first contact.
- Works with members of the business system solutions and network and infrastructure teams within IT on issues and projects as needed.
- Provides accurate documentation of work performed using problem management and other work management systems and tools used within the IT division.
- Participates as technical coordinator for onboarding program for new hires (Computer/Laptop, Cell phone, Key Cards and Picture ID set up).
- Identify areas for improvement to increase operational efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
