SUMMARY

As an IT Support Analyst at SFG20, you will play a vital role in our organisation, providing exceptional support and contributing to our technological development. You will be responsible for offering first and second-line support to staff through HubSpot ServiceDesk, ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Additionally, you will support and maintain our HubSpot CRM system, a critical tool for our sales and marketing teams.
While your primary focus will be on support, you will also contribute to the enhancement of our development tools and systems. You will stay updated on industry best practices and share your knowledge with the team to improve our processes and productivity. We will provide you with opportunities to learn and develop your skills, aligning with our overall architecture and business goals.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Acquaintance with build tools and automated testing environments.
  • Experience with front-line customer support and troubleshooting via a service desk platform, preferably HubSpot ServiceDesk.
  • Proficiency in supporting CRM systems, preferably HubSpot CRM.
  • Understanding of support processes for continuous integration and deployment or data support activities.
  • Familiarity with source control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first and second-line support to staff through HubSpot ServiceDesk.
  • Supporting and maintain the HubSpot CRM system.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of development tools and systems.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and share your knowledge with the team.
  • Collaborating with the development team to identify and implement improvements.
