Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
The IT Support Analyst will own the support for our UK stations and will work in close collaboration with the rest of the European IT team and group central functions. As part of the role, the candidate will be mentoring and overseeing the work of other colleagues based in the Europe region, ensuring they follow best practices and organise their work accordingly.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Implementation and support of Airport systems and Applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving general IT issues and system failures.
- Implementation, upgrade and support of Core IT Network Infrastructure
- Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals and airport staff to receive feedback regarding system performance, issues and feature requests.
