POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years hands on IT experience in a Windows environment.
  • Demonstrated ability with installation, configuration and supporting of Windows 10 / 11.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Experience supporting iOS devices.
  • Excellent at troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and repair.
  • Familiarity with networking: switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and The Internet protocol suite (TCP/IP).
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to change and multi-task.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware and software support to multiple offices and plants.
  • Create, monitor, escalate and resolve tickets using a helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Deploy, manage and support IT assets (desktops, laptops, iPhones, iPads, printers, desk phones).
  • Assist with managing users and computer accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, MDM and other systems.
  • Onboard new employees with hardware and general training.
  • Monitor resources and inventory to ensure hardware/ software availability.
  • Create and maintain user support documentation and guides
