Are you passionate about technology and eager to develop a career in IT? We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic Digital Services team. You will be part of the Desktop Support team, providing hands-on technical support to all University staff and students. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced IT professionals while gaining valuable skills and qualifications.
As an Apprentice IT Support Engineer, you will assist the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused IT service. You will work alongside skilled engineers, learning how to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot digital equipment and software across the University.
The salary being offered for this role does not meet the minimum threshold required to sponsor new applicants to the Skilled Worker visa route. For candidates who do not already have a Skilled Worker visa, it is unlikely that Aston University will be able to offer sponsorship under this route.
