IT Support / Developer

A position has arisen at our offices in Little Easton, Essex for a Developer/ IT Support admin who is looking to help with the development of the internal ERP system and assist with the company’s IT operations.
The organisation is embarking on a national IT transformation project which will see this person working closely with a wide range of Managers, Senior stakeholders and other members of the IT team.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience within an IT Support or Developer role.
• Extremely organised, with strong written and verbal communication.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A continuous improvement mindset to improve process and service.
• Proactive and highly driven.
• Experience with PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML and CSS.
• Bootstrap, Node.JS, Mongo DB, Linux experience would be ideal but not essential.
• Experience of Windows Server, Office 365 admin and Active Directory would be helpful.
• Our ideal candidate will have a genuine can-do attitude and should be prepared to be hands on.

• Your main role will be helping the lead developer with improving the internal ERP system.
• You will also be assisting the IT Manager with general IT support.
• Tracking project progression, documentation and reports using internal tools.
• Deliver project administration support where required.
• Provide updates to management team on action logs and in regular meetings.
• Manage multiple tasks, be well organised, and able to meet or exceed deadlines.
