We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide vital technical assistance to our internal users. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT support, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service.

THE NECESSARY SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office software.
  • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems and peripheral device management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and Mac operating systems, office applications, and various software programs.
  • Install, configure, and update computer hardware and software.
  • Maintain and support VoIP systems, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions, and system configurations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and best practices.
